Bringing learning from the therapy room into real life
My work focuses on how people relate to themselves and to each other - how we navigate communciation, manage conflict, and maintain connection through life’s demands. I draw on my background in therapy and education and my experience with high achievers to help individuals and groups make sense of patterns in their relationships and work.
Currently, I focus on designing and leading workshops and trainings that bring insights and teachings from the therapy room into real-world spaces. These sessions emphasize practical skills for improving relationships with the self and others.
Guided by the principles of Carl Rogers - genuineness, acceptance, and empathetic understanding - I approach work with care, clarity, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. All identities, orientatinos, and family/relationship structures are welcome.
